How to Change a Domain’s Plan
You can change a domain’s plan via the panel (Domains > [your domain name] > Settings > General > Plan management).
Activation & Access
Activation
To activate Revive Email services you must register by entering your name, last name, email address, selecting your country of residence and language. Once you have accepted the Terms of Service and the processing of personal data Information on Privacy, you will receive an email with a procedure that will help you to set a password, verify your account, and finally access the control panel.
Access
You will be able to access the control panel at https://panel.revive.email by entering the email address and password.
Once you have accessed the control panel, you will be able to change the login details (password and/or email address) from your account settings.
If you lose your password, you can retrieve it by following the link on the login page.
The roles that can get access to the panel control are:
- Team Member
- Managers
- Postmaster
- Users
Each of these roles has its own access credentials to the panel area.
In the control panel, you can associate a single email address to a maximum of two roles, including the User.
For example, a customer who logged in as john.doe@domain.com and also owns a Revive Email account can access the panel either as Admin or User.
It is not possible to use the same email address for Team Member and Manager.
Settings
The settings panel allows to configure the interface and manage the user account’s data – including location, password, etc.
To change the settings, click on your name or on the user icon at the top right corner of the navigation bar and select Settings:
- Username > Settings

Language and time zone: allows you to choose the language and the reference time zone for the control panel interface.
Password: allows you to change the password for accessing the control panel. This can also be generated automatically and randomly.

To use the OTP you will need to install the Google Authenticator application on your smartphone, or any other two-factor authentication app available on Google Play or Apple Store.
IP enabled: restricts access to the control panel only to certain IP addresses considered valid and trusted.
API access: allows to enable or disable the management of the control panel’s functionality through API. To use this configuration, it is necessary to generate a validation token.
Limits
This section shows the limitations of your account and the maximum number of email accounts and archives you can activate.
Notifications
In this section you can set up the reception of HTTP or email notifications for certain events.
WebHook
Allows you to specify an URL where to receive an HTTP call when:
- The space occupied by an email account is close to reach its total capacity or when it returns below an established threshold.
- A new domain is created.
Email notifications
Allows you to direct warning messages to a certain email address if:
- The storage space of an email account is almost full and when it has enough available space again.
Management Roles
The Revive Email control panel allows you to manage domains and corporate email accounts through multi-level roles. With this function, you can assign specific access permissions or limitations to each of your collaborators or customers.
Team member (collaborator)
The Team member has access to all the domains and accounts, within the limits assigned by your Revive Account. The Team member can only be created, activated or deactivated by the Revive.
Features available as a Team member include:
- Add, modify, and delete domains.
- Add, edit, and delete email account.
- Add, edit, and delete archive.
- Change account password.
- Tracemail access.
- Registry access.
Manager (company manager)
The Manager is a company manager with permission to manage certain domains and the related accounts. The Manager can be created, activated or deactivated only by Revive and, if authorized, also by a Team member.
Features available as a Manager include:
- List of assigned domains.
- Maximum number of domains that can be activated.
- Maximum number of email accounts (from 8 GB and 25 GB) that can be activated.
- Maximum number of Archives that can be activated.
Postmaster (domain manager)
The Postmaster is responsible for the single domain and can create and manage accounts belonging to it in total autonomy, according to the limits of their own domain. A Postmaster is automatically assigned with each new domain and their related email account has a fixed space of 50MB.
The Postmaster can access the control panel with:
- Username: postmaster @ DOMAIN
- Password: password chosen during domain creation
Email Account (user)
The Email account is the owner of a single email address and can only manage the settings corresponding to it (such as changing the password, accessing via OTP and setting up an autoresponder for their own account).
Delegate (auditor)
The Delegate is a user authorized to access the Archive of one or more email accounts within certain limits. In doing so, they are able to view the archive’s content, partially or completely, in order to support internal audits or actions related to company protection. All the activities carried out by the Delegate are traced in a special register (Log).
