How Email Archive Works
Email archive makes, for each sent or received message, a copy in a twin mailbox accessible in read only . The messages are then divided into Inbox and Sent and organized by year. Access to the archive is available via Web or Smartphone.
The operation of copying and archiving messages is completely transparent to the user who does not notice the activation of the service.
Email archive is fully integrated into the Revive Email service, cannot be deactivated or tampered with by the user and there is no possibility that the message will not be archived.
The Full Text Indexing system guarantees speed and accuracy in messages search.
Received Messages Store
The copy is performed by the Revive Email MX servers when the message is saved in the user’s mailbox, regardless of whether the user downloads or deletes emails via POP or IMAP.
Sent Messages Stpre
The copy is performed by the Revive Email SMTP when the user sends the message successfully, whether he uses Webmail, his computer or a smartphone.
Importing Old Messages
Email archive also provides an automatic procedure for importing email messages already present in users’ mailboxes. The import allows you to select the folders from which to retrieve messages and to specify whether they are sent or received messages. The system will then divide them into Inbox and Sent and organize them by year within the archive
