Imports
If you have a large number of mailboxes to add, we handle everything for you. Just provide us with a CSV file based on our specifications, and we’ll take care of the rest, quickly creating all the necessary domains or email accounts for you.

Migrations
Migration is the process that transfers all your email messages and folders from your previous server to Revive Email. We take care of the entire process for you. Simply provide the details, and at your specified date and time, Revive Email will securely connect with your previous provider to transfer all emails, folders, and data to our platform, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
How does it work
- 1. We’ll work with you to choose the best time to begin your email migration.
- 2. We’ll update your domain’s MX records or guide you through it.
- 3. We’ll run a 2nd migration to capture any new messages during the switch.
- 4. After the migration, your emails will be fully accessible.
Move your email messages
Revive Email Migrations handle the complete transfer of email messages from any provider or dedicated server that supports the IMAP protocol.
Once the migration is finished, we’ll notify you, so you know when to update the domain’s MX records. We can also schedule a second migration to capture any emails received on the old server during the DNS update.
We manage transfers from Gmail, Office 365, and Exchange, and with Master User or OAuth 2.0, there’s no need to know the passwords for all the mailboxes being migrated. We handle it all for you.
